[問題] 有什麼方法可以多喝水取代含糖飲料

我是吃飯一定要配飲料的人
每天都至少1-2杯手搖
最近口味越來越重 清淡的都吃不太下去了
還有最大的困擾是變得常常水腫
早上眼睛睜不太開、下午腳也會水腫不舒服
為了戒手搖試過:
1.無糖純茶
本身對茶的接受度不高,澀、不好入口,咖啡因偏重還會心悸睡不好
2.氣泡水
我是不太愛喝水,結果試了氣泡水也不喜歡,口感喝不習慣
常常喝兩口就放棄,默默跑回手搖的懷抱…
知道喝飲料很不健康,想戒卻戒不掉
真的很難TT
但因為已經影響身體機能,想要改掉
想問怎麼才能少碰含糖飲料
喝水的話加水果、檸檬比較好喝嗎?
還是有比較適合新手的茶? 想有點味道,也不太想攝取太多咖啡因
有點怕這樣下去自己身體被糖飲搞壞
