[請益] 睡前讓腦袋不多想的方法已回收
睡覺時 總是容易想東想西
有好的也有壞的
有沒有什麼方法可以讓腦袋疲累 沒有體力去想東想西?
嘗試過靜坐、冥想以及聽音樂
可是效果依舊有限
好累
我每天晚上都會練瑜珈
冬天好像還比較好入眠
怎嚜夏天反而都睡不好?
其實身體有疲累感 心裡卻是處於亢奮狀態(會想很多)
ps.不要叫我尻槍
