[閒聊] 硬度跟時間太短要吃什麼
呃我替我一個朋友問一下啊
就是說如果年紀到了 勃起時感覺硬度不夠 沒有年輕時這麼硬
或者是說勃起時間太短 常常做到一半軟竿
或者是勃起後就要趕快進洞 不然等等就軟了 沒辦法好好享受過程
BMI 體脂肪 心血管什麼的都正常
平常也有在運動 一週運動五天 每天至少一小時高強度有氧 半馬2小時內
看起來單純就是年紀到了
這種情況該吃什麼藥?還是可以做什麼檢查對症下藥

不是啊各位兄弟 已經運動了 每週五天 每次一小時高強度有氧 已經運動到半馬可以跑進兩小時內了 這應該跑贏70%以上的人了 還要做什麼運動啊
