you can. The way to do that is to concentrate on the good things in your life
and the promise of what is to come in a hopeful way. Do not fixate on problems
, worries, conflicts, and so on. There is no obligation to do that. You owe yo
urself a day of joy and peace with thoughts of fresh new beginnings. The more
you ponder all of that, the happier you will be.
你今天想要只是放鬆，並且享受自己，雙子們，你可以的。
方法就是專注在生活中美好的事物上，並且對即將到來的充滿希望的承諾。
別專注在問題、擔心、衝突、等等。
沒有義務這樣做。
