e already caused you suffering. Today, if you make a promise to yourself of fo
rgiveness, then you need to follow through on that and truly let it all go. It
can be a gift to yourself and new beginning for you as the year comes to an e
nd.

那不僅是對他人的寬恕，也包括對自己寬恕的誓言。
如果你現在對某件事情感到很糟糕或有罪惡感，
