XD 幫我朋友找的~~ 不知道板上有沒有人可以「貢獻」出自己的另一半XD 條件：碩士畢業，有教過英文作文的經驗者佳其他的如下(代po)，附上email，有興趣的可以自己聯絡，謝謝~ (不能po的話請芭比特告訴我哦~~謝謝) Hi, I am Joling, a graduate student of National Tsing Hua University. I am working on a research project and need a rater to help me rate 29 students’ compositions. The rater has to rate writing eight times in a semester and will be paid at least $450 NT dollars per hour. I hope my rater has Master related to TESOL and he/she has writing experiences at least for one year. What’s more, he/she must be responsible and follow the deadlines seriously since procrastination will have great impact on instructors’ teaching quality. My rater is sick now and she suddenly told me she cannot continue her work. Therefore, I have to find a rater within a short period of time (1 week). I sincerely invite someone who is interested in my project can participate in my study. More details about data collection procedures are provided below. The word limit is about 250 per composition and I will collect 8 compositions including pretest and posttest in this semester. The following schedule is briefly generalized from two out of the three classes (about 20 students). 1. Pretest (We will find some time to rate the pretest) 2. Composition 1 (11/2 due) [narrative composition] 3. Revision of composition 1 (11/16 due) [revised narrative composition] 4. Composition 2 (11/30 due) [descriptive composition] 5. Revision of composition 2 (12/14 due) [revised descriptive composition] 6. Composition 3 (12/28 due) [argumentative composition] 7. Revision of composition 3 (1/11 due) [revised argumentative composition] 8. Posttest (1/18 due) “9/28 due” means raters have to hand in feedback and correction before9/28. I will start to mail you the compositions 5 days before your deadline. The two courses are on Wednesday and Thursday. When I get the compositions, I will mail them to you as soon as possible.
