幾則新聞給大家參考一下兩則新聞內容差不多所以英文的就不翻譯了 1. 法國禁止父母上傳「萌娃照」　違者重罰160萬！ http://www.ettoday.net/news/20160304/657004.htm 不少家長都喜歡在社交網路上分享自己小寶貝的萌照，不過，這項行為在法國可是會觸犯到法律的，因為在他們國家涉及個人隱私權的法律極為嚴苛，父母未經允許擅自公開子女的私生活，最多可面臨一年監禁，並處罰金4.5萬歐元（約160萬台幣）。根據《The Independent》報導，法律專家埃里克(Eric Delcroix) 表示，「法國的小孩成年後，可以控告他們的個人隱私在小時候被父母擅自洩露，且獲賠的金額相當龐大。」因為某些階段的孩子可能不希望被拍照，更不願意自己的照片被公開；所以家長有責任顧及子女的感受。法國警方說，不少戀童癖的人和犯罪分子都是透過網路的照片來實施不法行為，家長上傳的兒童照很有可能會成為不法分子的犯罪目標。對此，臉書副總裁(Jay Parikh)表示，公司正考慮增設提醒系統，當用戶要上傳小孩的照片並公開分享前，會先提醒他們是否確定要這麼做。 2. 德國警方警告不要把小孩照片po在臉書 http://bigstory.ap.org/article/1dacca9a47684bb2b7662a86e91b8931/german-police-warn-against-posting-kids-photos-facebook BERLIN (AP) — Police in western Germany have issued an urgent appeal to parents: don't post photos of your children on social media websites for all to see. It warns that such photos may be used by bullies or pedophiles and notes that children are entitled to privacy. A spokesman for Hagen police says the appeal has been shared more than 100,000 times and viewed by more 7 seven million people since it was first posted Tuesday — on Facebook.
