pot of trouble. And yes, trouble may ensue when you reveal what you are
thinking and feeling. But hiding those thoughts and feelings will not change
anything. They will only roil beneath your surface and create anxiety and
stress. Setting those thoughts and feelings free can be the start of
something wonderful, even if it is initially uncomfortable.
