Your mood may be growing dark and dreary because someone you care about is fee
ling that way. Your empathy is causing you to feel that person's pain, even th
ough you may not realize it. It's nice to help someone out, taking your time t
o encourage and support them, but you may have to protect yourself by keeping
just a bit of distance from that person's problems emotionally. That doesn't m
ean you can't help as much as you want to; you just have to be more objective
about it.
你的心情也許變得陰鬱沉悶的，因為某個你關心的人有這種感覺。
你的同情心造成你也感同身受那個人的痛苦但，
即使你沒有意識到。
幫助那個人是很好的，花點時間去鼓勵並支持他們，
但是你情緒上還是要保護自己跟那個人保持一點距離。
那不意謂你無法隨心所欲地幫助他；
你只要保持更客觀一點。
