may be causing stress and strain for other people you care about. Your loved
ones may be stepping up to cover for this person's actions or to make up for
this person's laziness, and it bothers you to see this going on. However, it
is not your place to step forward and stop what's happening. If those affected
are adults, then it is up to them to stand up for themselves.
