為了避免被誤會以明天有報告為理由閃人,所以我乖乖的回文了不過真的很奇怪,我們看得仿單版本不同嗎? 為了避免斷章取義或是只摘錄部分資料我把FDA兩家仿單highlight 中關於兩家疫苗各自的 limitations of use & effectiveness 之原文及翻譯直接貼在下面 Highlight基本上就是FDA替仿單全文做得摘要整理,雖然不能取代全文但因為兩家仿單全文都有2.30頁, 為避免遺漏或斷章取義, 所以FDA有官方的重點摘要在仿單第一頁 (如果覺得有問題,請找FDA囉) 這樣應該可以避免誤會或不必要的爭議 =========================================================== 首先是嘉喜仿單 http://ppt.cc/QZr9 (FDA 網站上就有) Limitations of GARDASIL Use and Effectiveness: 1. GARDASIL does not eliminate the necessity for women to continue to undergo recommended cervical cancer screening. (1.3) (17) (簡單說) 嘉喜疫苗不能取代子宮頸抹片檢查 2.Recipients of GARDASIL should not discontinue anal cancer screening if it has been recommended by a health care provider. (1.3) (17) (簡單說) 嘉喜疫苗不能取代肛門癌症檢查 3.GARDASIL has not been demonstrated to provide protection against disease from vaccine and non-vaccine HPV types to which a person has previously been exposed through sexual activity. (1.3) (14.4) (14.5) 嘉喜無法證實對於經性行為而感染相關疾病(無論疫苗及及非疫苗型別HPV) ps.這就是我說的兩家文字相同但原PO翻譯不同的部份 (各位可以看後面保蓓仿單有相同內文) 4.GARDASIL is not intended to be used for treatment of active external genital lesions; cervical, vulvar, vaginal, and anal cancers; CIN; VIN; VaIN, or AIN. (1.3) (14.4) (14.5 　嘉喜無法證實能夠為非疫苗內之HPV型別提供保護 ps.即只能對於疫苗內的HPV6.11.16.18有保護 6.Not all vulvar, vaginal, and anal cancers are caused by HPV, and GARDASIL protects only against those vulvar, vaginal, and anal cancers caused by HPV 16 and 18. (1.3) 並非所有的外陰癌，陰道癌和肛門癌均由HPV所造成,嘉喜只能保護因為HPV16.18 所引起的前述癌症 7.GARDASIL does not protect against genital diseases not caused by HPV. CERVARIX does not provide protection against disease due to all HPV types. (14.3) 保蓓無法證實可預防所有HPV 型別绊 2. CERVARIX has not been demonstrated to provide protection against disease from vaccine and non-vaccine HPV types to which a woman has previously been exposed through sexual activity. (14.2) 嘉喜無法證實對於經性行為而感染相關疾病(無論疫苗及及非疫苗型別HPV) ps.請各位看原文是不是差不多,翻譯也應該差不多囉 (以上為保蓓部分) =================================================== [結論 & 心得感想] 1.別問我為什麼FDA對於保蓓的限制就只有兩條,目前版本就是這樣 2.關於熟女部份兩者內容同樣都有各自的研究報告 (有興趣的話兩家都要全部整理才客觀) 但只有2010/4 嘉喜的新版仿單有加上FDA限制使用條文 (就是第九條) 3.對於交叉保護部份,研究內容有差異之外,在限制使用中 a.嘉喜的限制是: GARDASIL has not been demonstrated to protect against diseases due to HPV 　 types not contained in the vaccine. (1.3) (14.4) (14.5 　嘉喜無法證實能夠為非疫苗內之HPV型別提供保護 ps.即只能對於疫苗內的HPV6.11.16.18有保護 b.保蓓的限制是: CERVARIX does not provide protection against disease due to all HPV types.
