在學校操場，霸凌會用恐懼、威嚇以及羞辱來傷害他人、
更弱小的人或是小孩。
但大部分而言，霸凌的產生可能有很深的問題，
而他們也不知道該如何處理這樣的問題。
當然，這並不是個合理霸凌的藉口。
但有時候瞭解某人行為是能成功處裡的第一步。
成人世界的霸凌用不一樣的方式。
金牛，如果你覺得自己被霸凌了，
試著去理解是什麼讓這個人有這樣的行為舉止。
然後你將學會如何跳脫其中。

On the school playground, a bully may use fear, intimidation, and humiliation
to hurt another, more vulnerable, child. But it has often been recognized
that the bullies themselves have some very deep issues they don't know how to
deal with in any other way. That's no excuse of course, but sometimes
understanding someone's behavior is the first step to dealing with it
successfully. Adults bully other adults in different ways. If you feel you're
being bullied, Taurus, try to understand what makes that
person behave that way, and you will learn how to rise above it.
