You may have some criticism to share with someone today, dear Scorpio, but
it doesn't have to be delivered in a harsh manner. You can share your
comments and offer your guidance in a way that feels uplifting,
encouraging, and complimentary. Point out what that person is doing well
first, and then offer suggestions for doing even better. If you approach
it that way, it will not come across as harsh or punitive; it will be seen
instead as thoughtful, hopeful, and truly helpful.
你今天也許想跟某個人分享一些批評性的言論，親愛的天蠍，但是這不必然是以嚴厲
的方式來表達。你可以用讓人感覺到振奮心神、備受鼓勵跟被讚美的方式來分享你的
意見和提供指引方向。首先，你要先點出那個人是在哪些部分做得很棒，接著再建議
是哪些部分可以做得更好。如果你採用那個方式處理的話，這就不會顯得嚴厲或苛刻；
反而會被視為是既體貼、充滿希望又真的能幫得上忙。
