A large snowball begins with a small clump of snow. When you roll that little snowball along a snowy path, it becomes bigger and bigger because it's collecting snow as it moves along. The same principle applies to a tiny idea you are now nurturing, dear Scorpio. You may not see it as being worth much right now, but as you go along, gathering information and experience, your idea will become far more plausible and stronger, too. The only problem you have with this right now is that you're not moving forward.
