orpio, because you don't want to appear harsh. You may also feel that you shou
ldn't have to say anything at all since this person should know what they have
to do without being told. However, if you are in charge of a process that is
getting behind because it isn't doing what needs to be done, then this is your
role to do something about it. Speaking up could improve the dynamic consider
ably.
