Just like a yawn or a smile, sadness can be contagious. If you spend an inordi
nate amount of time around a sad situation or person, Sagittarius, it can slow
ly drag you down too. Although this may be unavoidable at times, this exposure
to a sad situation does not have to be constant. There are ways to brighten y
our moments by taking a break to engage in happy and hopeful thoughts or to si
mply take a walk in a beautiful setting. If you are dealing with a difficulty
or a difficult person now, be sure to also engage in something that lifts you
up.
