[討論] 如何增強體能已回收
因為身材從小至今就偏瘦弱 跑步運動球類就是笨手笨腳的 雖然不到最差
但在同儕中卻是接近倒數 從以前就挺羨慕那些 平常也沒那麼勤奮再練
可是體能或運動卻很好的朋友
現在沒有要求要馬上達到健壯的身材 但是至少想要看起來沒那麼弱不禁風的身體
目前想到的就是每週慢跑四至五次40~60分鐘 每天做些伏地挺身 仰臥起坐的方法
只是施行了一個月多 感覺實在沒甚麼變化
雖然慢跑是有比以前好一點 可是實在是進步緩慢 手臂跟腹部還是要一樣沒甚麼變化
問:我慢跑都是幾圈喘了 走一下子 再跑 喘了 再走 然後在再跑 這樣進行
每次一開始都能跑比較長的距離 可是後來走完再跑的時候 跑的距離就會短很多
而且跑的時候下腹睪丸附近都會酸痛 不知有沒有改善的方法?
這一個月來雖然比一開始能跑稍微長的距離 但進步緩慢 該如何改善?
同上手臂 跟腹部 也都沒甚麼變化 有沒有辦法?
除了上述方法之外 還有沒有其他方法可以增強體能?
