had that kind of leverage or influence. And maybe they don't. Just because so
meone huffs and puffs and behaves as though they have some kind of power does
not mean they do. If you respond in a graceful, classy way, you will prove tha
t your way is the right way and what that arrogant troublemaker does will not
carry any weight at all.
