do it in a better way. Happiness uplifts your spirit and makes you feel capab
le and confident. This is no secret. If you are concerned about an endeavor yo
u are taking on today, then try to find ways to improve your spirits and feel
enthusiastic before you approach this. Think about recent accomplishments. Cal
l on happy memories. Focus on the good people in your life. Rather than thinki
ng more about getting the job done successfully, concentrate instead on making
it a positive experience that will translate to a successful outcome.
當你感覺快樂而且有熱情的時候，你可以做得更多，
而且做得更好。
幸福可以振奮你的精神，而且讓你感到有能力且自信。
這不是什麼秘密。
如果你對今天正在做的事情感到擔憂，那麼在做這事之前，
