there is nothing wrong with stating what you feel if you do it in a respectfu
l manner. You don't have to be too assertive to make your thoughts clear. You
just have to express why you feel the way you do. If you are patient and commi
tted to what you believe, then do whatever you can to validate it. Eventually,
others will see you are right.
