that event. By ruminating on a sad or regretful memory, you are living it over
and over again. It may have come to a point where an old experience is influe
ncing a current situation in a negative way. You are bringing the past into th
e present, and you have to stop. You have a blank piece of paper before you, a
nd you need to treat it that way. Rewrite this story and leave the old one beh
ind.
你不想要過去糟糕的事件再次重現。
這實際上不可能發生，但是如果你不斷記住那件事情，它就可能發生，親愛的雙子座。
藉由反覆思考一段悲傷或遺憾的記憶，你正在一遍又一遍地經歷它。
