e isn't anyone at the present who understands what you are going through and t
herefore knows what you need - and you may not want to share it at this time.
However, you can be your own cheering gallery. You can give yourself an inspir
ing speech in front of the mirror and root yourself on. It's a great way to re
cognize all that you have to offer.
