You could choose to take charge and delegate tasks to those who are involved,
but you could create a conflict in the process. Instead of giving orders and t
aking an aggressive stance, you might want to first sit down with everyone to
see if you can get everybody on the same page. That would make everyone feel a
part of the process, which could make a huge difference in the outcome.
今天在團隊合作的努力上面，你發現你自己跟其他人有衝突，雙子們。
你可能選擇負責和授權給那些涉入其中的人，
但是你可能在過程中創造衝突。
與其命令別人或者是採取有威脅性的地位，
你也許寧願跟大家一起坐下來去看看每個人是否能達成共識。
