ll feel waves of panic and anxiety when you think about it? Then don't think a
bout it in the same way you have been. When you think of your experience the n
ext time, think of it as something you survived, and something that gave you v
aluable knowledge. You did it. You have every reason to be proud of yourself.
From now on, whenever you face a similar obstacle or any kind of intimidating
challenge, remember how strong and clever you are.
你最近是否經歷了某些相當具有挑戰性的事情，雙子們？
當你想到它（這件事情）時，你是否仍然覺得恐慌和焦慮的感覺席捲而來？
