You can be pretty independent, Capricorn. You are very resourceful and
industrious, and if you are given the choice, your preference will usually be
to work alone - especially when you want to be in charge of a process. But
there are times when a team approach is the best way to go. Although you may
have to be flexible and open to compromise, and you may not call all the
shots, working with a team can cut the time and effort considerably. Think
about that now with a current quest. You will also enjoy the support and the
camaraderie if you do choose a team approach.
