The bad behavior of someone in your life might seem like a child throwing a
tantrum because they didn't get their way. You would rather just avoid the
spectacle, Capricorn, because it is easier to walk away than to deal with it.
But if this were a child, allowing the behavior to go on would make your life
pretty miserable because it would be destined to happen again and again. If
you don't want to face this disrespectful treatment, then you should find a
way to demonstrate your disapproval - perhaps a "time out" would be in order.
Avoiding this person once or twice while explaining "why" could be the best
way.
