You may be reviewing an argument or some other kind of negative event over and over again in your mind. It has to end the same way every time, of course, because it has already happened. You can't change it now, dear Moonchild, and that fact may be causing you to feel lost. The words "if only" may also be circling in your mind, but you might as well let them off at the exit, because they're only damaging you. You can't change what happened, but you can forgive yourself and get off that track.
