not ring true for you. Coming up with a plausible reason for the look on
your face would be harder than just expressing how you feel today, dear
Moonchild. Someone may be asking you what's bothering you, and letting it
out will almost surely help you. Once you start to speak, you will find it
easy to say what's on your mind - and it will also be the beginning of a
proper, much-needed change.
與其以自我克制和那些虛假的答案來掩飾情感，還不如誠實說出自己的感受，這樣做
或許會省力許多。今天，為自己的表情找一個看似合理的解釋會比直接表達自己的感
