Less than thirty years ago it was uncommon to have a cell phone. We mostly
relied on our home phones, our work phones, or the occasional phone booth, of
which very few still remain. Today, however, we are glued to our cell phones.
We rely on them not only for simple phone calls, but for texting, email,
photographs, games, and more, and when they break down or we accidentally
leave home without them, we panic. You are now relying on something in your
life that you really don't need as much as you perceive you need it. Figure
out them and get rid of the ones you don't really need, and you will empower
yourself.

距今三十年前，擁有行動電話是件很不尋常的事。我們大多依靠家用電話、工作場所的電
話，偶爾會使用現在已經很少看到的電話亭。然而，現今，我們與行動電話有著密不可分
的關係。它已不僅僅是單純的電話，同時還能傳訊、寄e-mail、照相、遊戲，及其他功能

它是什麼，接著擺脫這樣你並不真正需要的東西。你將會給自己力量。
