She couldn't believe it. Marlon couldn't believe that she was so lucky that she could actually have a baby with Mr. O. Mr. O looked happy, too. At least, Marlon didn't find any trace of unhappiness from Mr. O's reaction. Instead, he was all supportive, sweet, and became more caring and loving, j ust like every other father-to-be. Somehow she knew that he would not be able to come back after that winter. Mr. O had the same feeling, too. She wanted to have the baby in the States, so they could stay "close" to Mr. O. After all, an 2-hours flight differs from an 18-hours flight. He agreed and asked her to come back if he got to return to Taiwan the next year. However, "if" didn't happen. He always sent the money he made back home to support his 2 families, the one which he was born to and the one which he had formed. He didn't leave any for Marlon. She spent all her money on dating him already, so she had to turned to her mom. Mom was very loving and took back the lost sheep immediately. With Mom's support, Marlon made the trip to the States and have the baby. Her goal was to stay in the States and be able to make a living, but before that, she needed to get a degree, a certificate, and find a sponsor.
