[討論] 面對焦慮最好的辦法是什麼
年末會議多到一個暴躁 要準備簡報跟對付客戶
每天過得很焦慮 下班只要想到明天要做的事情就無法休息
這一個禮拜嘗試下廚跟運動轉移目標
有點效果可是不大 大家有其他舒緩焦慮的辦法嗎
