[討論] 求推薦改善睡眠的方法

以前就算是晚上喝茶喝咖啡也都不會睡不著
但最近不知道怎麼了,可能是工作壓力太大,總是覺得睡不好
用智能手錶監測自己的睡眠
發現自己每天的深度睡眠只有大概一個半小時
每天都愈睡愈累,睡眠品質跟以前差很多
現在睡覺前半小時都不滑手機、也試過聽白噪音睡覺讓自己頭腦放鬆一點
但還是沒有用QQ一躺還是躺了快兩個小時才睡著
沒睡好上班真的好痛苦…
看板上有人分享吃B群有助眠效果
B群我是一直有在吃但好像沒什麼用
有在考慮要買專門助眠的來吃了,想問有推薦的保健品嗎?
或是你們可以推薦都用什麼方式改善睡眠的嗎?
