[閒聊] 如何買好一週菜

大家好
小時候 老師說 臺灣很小 能夠每天去菜市場買菜 很方便
米國國土大 大家都會趁週末一次買好一個禮拜的分
本魯目前還找不到人每天煮飯給我吃 只好一週買一次
根據經驗
葉菜類不太能放超過3天 買來的前幾天就要馬上吃掉了
其他根莖類 紅蘿蔔 地瓜 馬鈴薯比較耐放
肉類 我都是買好回家簡單處理過後放冰箱或冷凍
這兒有人一次買好一週菜嗎?
後面幾天葉菜類吃完 靠水果補充纖維素?
掰惹為
杏鮑菇放冰箱一周就發霉了 是最近天氣比較熱嗎?
之前也是放一個禮拜 沒事捏

我來講一下都買什麼
葉菜:高麗菜 大陸妹 地瓜葉要去梗太麻煩不喜歡
根莖類:洋蔥 紅蘿蔔
其他:雞胸肉 烏龍麵 杏鮑菇 苦瓜 甜椒 蛋
冷凍:水餃 即食炒飯 蛋餅 披薩
以上都是我平時會買的食物 有次甜椒切開裡面都發霉了 外觀依然很漂亮 讓我嚇到有一
陣子不敢買
