We may wind up tossing and turning and not getting a proper night's sleep because of it but we process, deal, and come to terms with our troubles. That is however not the best possible way to deal with troubles that are on your mind, Virgo. Either deal with what's bothering you while you are awake, and consider how you can best deal with this while you are cognizant of how you are feeling.
