Look at it this way: You may have many items on your to-do list, but the very thought of addressing them all might be mind-boggling and exhausting. Yo u need a refresher. So, rather than addressing all of those obligations and ch ecking them off one after another, give yourself a break. Do something that's good for your spirit rather than your to-do list.
