You keep reliving an unpleasant memory in your mind, Taurus. It's almost as if
you can't help yourself because the thought keeps intruding on even your happ
ier moments. But you really are in charge - you just have to consciously take
charge. You can't change that experience, of course, but you can recognize tha
t you are now giving that experience the power to shape you, and in a bad way.
When that thought occurs again, replace it with a more hopeful idea for a way
to make your life richer and more abundant. That would be much better and mor
