你用太多時間去擔心很快就會發生的事情。
那可能是個被委任的工作，但你怕自己無法掌控。
或者是家人的事情讓你覺得壓力很大。
它可能是任何讓你覺得自己手足無措、衝突或焦慮。
任何花在擔心上的時間都是浪費。
首先，擔心本身很無用，因為它沒辦法幫助任何事。
擔心只會讓情況變更糟，因為它只會讓煎難的狀況更有壓力。
金牛，沒有理由讓你去擔心，因為結果會是好的。

You may have spent too much time worrying about something that will soon
happen. This could be an assignment at work that you don't feel capable of
handling; it could be a personal family matter that causes you great stress.
It could be anything that makes you feel awkward and conflicted and anxious.
Any amount of time worrying about this is too much time. First, worrying is
pointless because it accomplishes nothing positive. Worrying will only make
the situation worse because it adds stress to an already difficult situation.
But there is no reason to worry; this will turn out just fine, Taurus.
