This week, Scorpio, someone who usually answers to you or is less experienced than you in a certain area may suddenly wind up in charge of an effort you are also involved in in some way, whether directly or indirectly. That could be difficult to deal with, but don't let your pride get the best of you. Try to think about how you really do want the best for this person, and this is going to help them along the way. Try to encourage, support, and respect their role. It can only be a positive experience if you do. Someone you came in contact with recently may have expected something in return for something they did for you, but that was not clear at the time - at least not to you. This week they may express their dismay, which will be equally dismaying to you! If this is a good friendship, you might want to honor whatever is expected - as long as it isn't over the top. It was just a misunderstanding, and helping this person out will allow you to preserve the friendship - and also to do something nice for someone you care about. You may have seen a recent accomplishment as minor, but this week it may turn out to be much bigger and more important than you realized.
