sharing your time and knowledge with someone who needs direction. This is
a great way to do something positive and to help change the world for
someone who needs you.

練或擅長的事給意見，或許你會因為自己指點他人如何走在自己選擇的道路的能力而
感到驚訝，而且幫助他人可以賦予你驕傲與成就感，讓你心情很好。沒有什麼比跟需
要方向的人分享自己的時間與知識還要慷慨大方的了，這是做一些積極正面的事情和
幫助改變某個需要你的人的人生的好方式。
