with someone you trust. You may not think you can rise to a big challenge,
but you can. Seek out help from someone, share how you are feeling, and
draw inspiration from the support you receive.

自己了，因為你不是會表現出自己的脆弱的人，你比較傾向於自己一個人承受痛苦。
不過你今天所感受到的值得你跟信賴的人分享，你可能不認為自己可以接受挑戰，但
是你可以的。向外尋求援助，說出你的感受，並且從你收穫到的支持來尋求鼓勵。
