We all know an instigator - someone who likes to do things or make comments that they know will get a rise out of others. Although we may not know why they get their thrills in this way, we do know that by reacting we are giving them exactly what they want - and because they are satisfied, they may trouble us again and again with their antics. Someone may be bugging you now, Scorpio, but you don't have to fall for the bait.
