Since you and certain other people in your life all have the same goal for
a shared venture, you would think that you would all be on the same page
about how to proceed. But you may be dealing with some very diverse
personalities, and although you may think you all want the same things,
that may not be the case. Rather than starting things off with an
argument, it would be better to have a candid conversation where everyone
gets to participate. That will make it easier to proceed in a fair way.

你可能要面對一些很不一樣的人格特質，雖然你也許會認為每個人都想要一樣的東西，
