obstacle they can't handle successfully? They may deny the problem, hide
it, or deal with it in a way you would not approve of because they don't
want to admit defeat and seek out your assistance. If that's possible now
with a current endeavor, Scorpio, you need to convey a different tone to
those who are helping you out. Be more open, forgiving, and flexible. If
you can convey all of those things, you will be an excellent leader.
