所謂的原諒，重要的不是原諒他人而是原諒自己。對他人生
氣未必會影響到他，但一定會影響到你自己。所以你要做的首先
是學會不去在意，去看開。
至於對方你可以討厭他，不喜歡他。但如果他有真正的需求
倒也不必拒絕幫助他(但如果不是需求而是想要那就另當別論)，
畢竟幫助別人高尚的是自己，成就的是自己。
