One smile can make a person's day. You never know what someone else is
going through. They may be at wit's end over a frustrating situation, or
sad over a disappointment, or dealing with a personal problem that is making
them feel anxious. If you smile at that person and send out loving vibes, you
really do have the power to change that person's mood and therefore their
entire day. And it works on you too, Leo. When you smile at someone else,
you lift your own spirtis. So if you've been felling a bit down as
winter drags on, just try to smile more often.

你的一個微笑可以讓他人愉悅一整天。你可能不知道其他人正遭遇到的情境。
他們可能對於某個令人沮喪的情境已經黔驢技窮，抑或者以因失望而感到難過。
如果你給予他們一個微笑，並讓他們感受到愛的關懷，你就真的擁有改變那個人心情
