We all know that some rules are made to be broken. They may be foolish, unfair,
inefficient, or unproductive. But if you are contemplating breaking a rule now,
Capricorn - especially one that others have gotten used to abiding by - then you

want to break it in the first place. You have to be prepared - that's why it's i
