Friday Nov 21 If you view a beautiful stretch of scenery from a distance, you can admire all of its facets. In a lovely country scene, for example, you might see a meadow with wildflowers waving in the breeze, a stand of trees in the background, a babbling brook meandering through it, and so on. If you were to walk into the middle of that scene, though, you wouldn't see it all at once. You might pick a wildflower, take your shoes off and walk in the brook, and generally notice all the small elements of beauty individually. You are in the midst of something now, and you don't know how amazingly big and important it will be to you.
