You may not think of your negative thoughts as a choice you made. You may see
those upsetting thoughts and ideas as having come to you through no fault of
your own but through experiences you've had. And while these thoughts may
naturally occur, Moonchild, you don't have to automatically accept them.
That's where your free will comes in. Although you may be dwelling on something
upsetting, and you may be fearful that something will not work out, it is up to
you to reject those thoughts each time they happen. It's like refusing to open
the door to an unwanted visitor. Keep doing it, and you'll start feeling
hopeful about a certain possibility.
你可能不會認為你的消極思考會是一個你做出的選擇。或許你發現那些令人沮喪的想法和
意見是來自於你，這不是你自己的錯，而是因為你過往經歷關係。儘管這些想法可能很自
然的產生，月之子，你不必主動接受它們。那正是你的自由意志所在。雖然你可能會沈浸
在某些令人沮喪的事情，並且可能擔心某些事情不會奏效，每當出現那些想法時，你可以
自己決定去拒絕它們。這就像是拒絕為不想要的訪客開門。持續去做，你將會開始對某種
可能性充滿希望。
