Sunday Dec 7 Birds of a feather flock together. We've all heard that adage, Aries. And while we generally do see flocks of geese in chevron flight, or a tree-full of blackbirds, it's not always the rule. At any bird feeder on any given day, you might spot a blue jay nibbling right next to a robin, or a woodpecker sharing a tree with a cardinal. You can't make assumptions, though, based solely on the company someone keeps. Don't put a new acquaintance into a certain category just because of who they associate with.
