When you first become involved in an argument or a conflict of any kind , your temper may flare . And because of that , it can be hard to see the whole thin g clearly and without any prejudice . In your mind , you may be trying to just ify the way you feel , rather than trying to observe and understand the way so meone else may feel . A recent disagreement may have been quite intense at the time , but with time and patience - and a willingness to see and understand someone else’s point o f view-you may begin to see things in a different light .
